Nifty opened flat at 8085 and made a new life time high of 8181.55. The market rallied single sided up with same open low. This was a clear indication of strong bull trend for the day. After the spectacular rally yesterday the market is likely to stay sideways with positive bias. The market can move further towards the higher targets of 8250-8305 only if the 8180 is decisively taken out.
The support for nifty is at 8135-8090-8051 and the resistance lies at 8211-8247-8305. Nifty November Future
has been trading at 29 points premium to the spot. The implied volatility on
the Nifty November Options of ATM strike calls were at 9.84 and for puts were at 14.35. India VIX closed at 13.265.
PCR for Nifty based on open interest was at 1.12 and PCR for the day based on
volumes was at 1.08 for the market.
