Nifty Daily For 2nd July 2013

           Nifty opened only 8 points down in spite of a very weak global ques. This indicates the inherent strength of the Indian markets. The today tested the levels of 5900 closing at 1% gains. The european markets provided only positive strength for the markets. This strong recovery is widely contributed by the badly beaten down stocks like Jindal Steel, Bank of Baroda. The hourly falling channel breakout target lies at 5967.
           The support for nifty is at 5860-5820-5760 and the resistance lies at 5930-5976-6008. Nifty July Future has been trading at 6-7 points discount to the spot. The implied volatility on the Nifty July Options of ATM strike calls were at 12.54 and for puts were at 20.46. India VIX closed at 18.09. PCR for Nifty based on open interest was at 1.32 and PCR for the day based on volumes was at 1.06 for the market.
