Nifty Daily For 13th September 2013

                Nifty opened at the high of 5931 and then receded to loose all the gains to make a low of 5815. The strong support at 5810-5820 bounced the prices sharply to the levels of 5860. The market can retrace to the levels of 5740 before making a move towards the 6090 levels. The markets have moved swiftly from 5120 to 5930 and needs to cool down a bit before moving up. All the corrections should be bought into until the 5740 level holds grounds.

           The support for nifty is at 5812-5740-5680 and the resistance lies at 5930-6031-6077. Nifty September Future has been trading at 09-10 points premium to the spot. The implied volatility on the Nifty September Options of ATM strike calls were at 27.9 and for puts were at 29.76. India VIX closed at 29.71. PCR for Nifty based on open interest was at 1.5 and PCR for the day based on volumes was at 1.11 for the market.

Stocks In News:**

BPCL, HPCL and IOC will be in focus on reports that petrol prices may be cut by as much as Rs 1-1.50 per litre next week on falling international oil rates and appreciating rupee but a one-time hike in diesel and possibly LPG rates is still on the cards.

ONGC: State-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) has approved a USD 560 million project for enhancing oil recovery at the prolific Rajasthan oilfields.

Reliance Industries Ltd: The government may appoint an international expert to assess the reasons for the decline in gas output from RIL operated D6 block in the east coast ahead of changes in gas pricing from April 1, Oil Secretary Vivek Rae said on Thursday.

Idea Cellular Ltd: The Bombay High Court has stayed Rs 1,500-crore tax demand on Idea CellularBSE -1.04 % raised in 2010-11 relating to the transfer of some assets by the telecom company to its unit, Aditya Birla Telecom (ABTL).
